Our 3 step process
- You will meet with our Operations Manager to talk about:
- Industry Overview
- How we got here
- THC overview
- Role definitions
- Expectations
- Compensation, Commissions and Benefits
- Q&A
After this meeting we will ask you to head home and digest everything. After you have done some soul searching and if both parties are ready, the we move on to step 2.
2. Step 2 takes approximately 1.5 hours. You will sit down with both the Recruiters and Business Development personnel. You will patch in and listen to phone conversations. This will give you real time exposure to what a day in the life at THC is like!
3. If you make it to step 3, you are close to beginning the most amazing journey you will ever be a part of. In this meeting, you will sit down with ownership to visit about the opportunity.
